- Help files - fully indexed, searchable help files. They are updated regularly to reflect enhancements to the product and most international languages are supported.
- Hot Tips - developed by Infomedia's Education Services department Hot Tips are a free online training resource for users. Specifically, they are a series of regularly distributed training tips that are designed to help users in developing and improving their product skills. The tips are published on the internet and a notification is distributed by email to the subscriber list. Regular tips keep training at the front of users' minds, while delivering a one-point lesson that users can apply immediately.
