Edwina Gilbert, BA LLB GAICD
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms Gilbert was appointed to the Infomedia Board of Directors on 1 March 2023. She serves as Chair of the Remuneration, People & Culture Committee and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee.
Ms Gilbert is a former commercial lawyer and has over 20 years’ experience in the automative industry, most recently as the previous Executive Chair of the Phil Gilbert Motor Group. She has significant OEM knowledge along with executive experience operating dealerships with a digital first marketing approach.
Ms Gilbert is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee of CAR Group Limited (ASX:CAR) and a Non-Executive Director of Aspen Group Limited (ASX:APZ). She is a former member of the Australian Automative Dealers Association.
