Our story

What started as a small team building electronic parts catalogues (EPCs) in Sydney and Melbourne has grown into a global provider of automotive aftersales solutions. As demand for data-driven technology grew, we expanded across EMEA, opening offices in the UK and Germany, and into the US, establishing a presence in Atlanta following our acquisition of SimplePart. In 2025, we acquired a 50% stake in Intellegam, an innovative AI start-up based in Munich. This strategic partnership has already delivered new AI-driven products and will further strengthen our existing portfolio with advanced AI capabilities.
