Wednesday, 31 October 2012 – Sydney – Global automotive industry business solution developer, Infomedia Ltd, announces that it has exchanged Letters of Agreement with KIA Motors Portugal, Hyundai Motors Switzerland and Chevrolet Denmark to supply its flagship service solution, Superservice MenusTM, for their respective dealers.
Superservice Menus is the professional OE licensed system whose online precision quotation process enhances service customer retention and staff productivity. It offers a service edge to OE dealers by significantly improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales of genuine parts and labour. It does this by addressing three essential fundamentals of a successful service quotation process: Accuracy, Certainty and Trust.
KIA dealers in Portugal and Hyundai dealers in Switzerland will join their counterparts elsewhere in Europe who already enjoy the benefits of the solution. Chevrolet Denmark is the Danish importer of the popular General Motors brand Chevrolet. The Importer has seen the success and benefits of Superservice Menus after introducing the Infomedia menu pricing solution to its Mitsubishi dealer network in December 2011.
Infomedia’s European Managing Director, Jason Thorpe, said, “More and more distributors and dealers are recognising the power and benefits of using Superservice Menus to precisely quote repair and maintenance service to their customers. Aside from providing the assurance to both the dealer and their customer that all parts, labour and sundries are included and accurately priced, Menus becomes an integral part of the distributor’s process of providing a consistent customer experience.”
Superservice Menus is one of the world class components within the Superservice suite of Cloud based applications, providing automotive dealers around the world with fixed operations solutions. “We are looking forward to providing Superservice Menus to Hyundai Switzerland, KIA Portugal and Chevrolet Denmark. Infomedia has a strong commitment to providing European automotive dealerships with sales performance tools that increase their productivity and profitability”, Mr Thorpe said.
