Thursday, 30 September 2010 – Sydney – Infomedia Ltd (“Infomedia”) leading after-sales information system provider, announced today that it has signed two agreements, on a non-exclusive basis, with Chrysler Group LLC (“Chrysler”) which give it the right to produce and market its service quoting and selling system, Superservice Menus™ and it’s electronic parts selling system, Microcat® to the Chrysler dealership network.
Under the terms of the three year agreements, Infomedia will be able to competitively offer versions of Superservice Menus and Microcat to Chrysler dealerships globally where North American vehicles are marketed.
Infomedia does not anticipate that these agreements will materially impact its earnings for the year ending 30 June 2011.
