Thursday, 1 December 2016 – Sydney – In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Infomedia Ltd (the Company) wishes to announce that the Australian and Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) has granted consent for the resignation of BDO East Coast Partnership (BDO) as the Company’s auditor, and the Company has received BDO’s resignation.
Following a competitive tender process Deloitte Touche Tomatsu (Deloitte) have been appointed as auditors of the Company with effect from today. The decision to appoint Deloitte Australia is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Board of Directors take this opportunity to thank BDO for their past assistance and services rendered to the Company.
