We continue enhancing Superservice Menus so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:
Shop Supplies Settings : Round up fluids to whole package quantity.
The newly added switch in Shop Supplies settings allows users who substitute the shop supplies with a part to round up Shop Supplies (Fluids) to the nearest whole part package quantity.
Labor Time Settings: Ability to set separate Default Labor Time Settings
The Labor Time Settings feature now allows dealer users to configure default labor time settings for each Standard Menu category such as Flat Rate Menus /Repair/Replace or Service.
Superservice Author: Enhanced the ability to define Vehicle Categories based on vehicle attributes
A new applicable type has been introduced, allowing users to create vehicle categories by applying Vehicle Attributes filters, providing greater flexibility in the Vehicle Category creation process.
Also, Vehicle Categories function has been now upgraded to latest Angular version with better user experience.
Quote Details: Ability to apply percentage discount to quotes
A new feature allows users to enter Percentage discount and to apply it for a selected quote. The Percentage discount option can be invoked by selecting “Discount” button on Pricing Summary section of Quote Details Screen.
Integration Settings: Enhanced DMS integration with partPrice callback service
We have now enhanced the SSM-DMS integration by implementing Order API callbacks, enabling dealers to retrieve and display inventory data from DMS.
With dealer integration settings configured, new “Use DMS Part Information” button on the Quote Details screen allows dealers to fetch and display inventory data for parts and sundries in the Stock on Hand (SOH) and Bin Location columns. Additionally, dealers can override SOH values fetched from the DMS.
Saved Quotes: Display Quote Price in saved quotes list
Saved Quotes screen has been now enhanced to display a “Total Price Including Tax” column, allowing dealers to assist customers in finding their specific saved quotes more easily.
What’s coming up:
- Quote Discount: Apply Amount discount at line-item level.
- Part Price Settings: Apply Markup and Discount on the same price level.
- Price Time Override: Enhanced features such as model selection, search functionality and Hybrid Pricing.
- Factory Scheduled Service Packages : Improved the ability to provide Scheduled Service package data in the market defined format while allowing a greater flexibility for dealers to work with Scheduled services, such as setting PTO on individual operations and removing individual operations from a service package.
